Shipping Policy

Currently, we offer international shipping services to over 200 countries and islands worldwide. The value and service we provide to our customers are what we value most. Our team will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, providing a service beyond their expectations anywhere in the world.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your location how long it will take to ship. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive an email contain your tracking information. Track order here.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

In some cases, tracking information takes up to 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped to appear on the system. Please contact us if you haven’t received your tracking number after 8 business days of placing your order.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Occasionally, you will receive separate packages even if you specified combined shipping. This may be due to logistical reasons.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

Currently, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), debit cards, or e-checks (i.e. using a regular Bank Account).

PAYPAL

Payments can be made through PayPal. You’ll be redirected to the PayPal website. Fill out the correct information for hassle-free and fast payment processing

SHOPPING PROTECTION

ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel any order within 12 hours of placing it. In case of a change or cancellation of an order after it has been paid, we must know within 12 hours. Packages and shipments cannot be canceled once they have begun.

REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

You may request a refund or reshipment if the product is not received within the guaranteed timeframe (12 weeks not including 2-7 day processing). You can request a refund or a replacement if the item you received was incorrect. You may request a refund if you do not like the product you receive, but it must be unused and returned at your expense.

You are protected when:

  • The seller failed to deliver the item you ordered within the promised time frame.
  • We sent you a faulty item, a wrong order, and a broken item.
  • You have a missing item in your order.

We will NOT make refund or reshipment if:

  • It was not delivered for reasons within your control (i.e. inaccurate shipping address)
  • In the case of natural disasters (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster), we were unable to deliver your order in time.

Timeframe in which we accept returns?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.

Who Is Responsible for Return product?

If there is a damage, a mistake in printing, or a defect, a pre-paid label will be provided. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for returning the product.

When will you receive your refund?

For products that are returned, we offer approval or rejection through our inspection department. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it has been refunded.

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days.
