At Kawaii Lingerie our top priority is providing exceptional service by delivering your orders in a timely manner. Currently, we offer international shipping services to over 200 countries and islands worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your location how long it will take to ship. These are our estimates:

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track order here.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. In some cases, tracking information takes up to 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped to appear on the system.

Shipping Multiple Items

For efficiency, we may ship your items separately. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate packages.

SHOPPING PROTECTION

REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

You may request a refund or reshipment if the product is not received within the guaranteed timeframe (12 weeks not including 2-7 day processing). You can request a refund or a replacement if the item you received was incorrect.

You are protected when:

  • The seller failed to deliver the item you ordered within the promised time frame.
  • We sent you a faulty item, a wrong order, and a broken item.
  • You have a missing item in your order.

We will NOT make refund or reshipment if:

  • It was not delivered for reasons within your control (i.e. inaccurate shipping address)

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. We also provide pre-paid return shipping labels for damaged or defective items.

Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item passes inspection at our warehouse.
